We offer a variety of handmade party favors, including chip bags, favor boxes, cake toppers, and party decors and more! Each item can be customized to fit your event’s theme.
You can place an order by filling out our order form on the website, or dm us via our IG. Be sure to provide all necessary details and any customization requests.
For ready designs, please place your order at least 4 weeks before your event. For full customization, allow minimally 5 weeks. Urgent orders (less than 3 weeks) may be accommodated with a rush-order fee.
Cancellations must be made at least 8 weeks prior to your party in case of any changes. We kindly ask for your understanding that, as a slot has been reserved for you, refunds are not available. However, the amount will be converted to credit, which can be used within one year.
Changes to the design can be made until the design is confirmed. After confirmation, no further amendments can be made, and a new order will be required for changes.
Yes, we do! A mock-up draft will be provided for your approval before we proceed with printing. Certain items does not come with mock-up, however you may request for them if you need to. You are allowed up to 2 draft amendments. Subsequent amendments may incur an additional charge of $3 per draft. Please be as detailed as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation. A slot will be held for you for 6 hours to allow for payment. If payment is not made within this time, please check back for availability as your slot will be released.
Please note that a limited number of slots are released each month. The availability of slots depends on the complexity of the overall orders for the month, and all slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you need to change your event date, kindly inform us at least 3 weeks in advance. Failure to do so may result in late deliveries, for which we cannot be held responsible, or may incur a rush order fee.
Custom-made items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us so we can resolve them. Since these are handmade items, we kindly ask that you handle them with care. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
Currently, we ship within Singapore. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly for shipping quote.
You can contact us through our website’s contact form or direct message us on social media. We aim to respond within 72 hours. For urgent requests, kindly include “URGENT” so we can get back to you as soon as we can.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
